The Oxford Programme develops personal and professional development programmes. Each course or ‘module’ is available as a distance learning course with suport books, workbooks and even a ‘real time’ on-line exam leading to an Oxford Programme module certificate.

Course modules already available are: The Secret Code, The Yes Secret and the Yes Secret One To One Coaching module. These are available for paid members. The trainings connect students with their ultimate goals and aspirations, as well as give them tools to help them achieve anything they want.

Dan Andersson is the Oxford Programe’s founder and programme director. He comes from a background in training and development, with extensive experience in sales environments, management consultancy and executive management at the highest level. His astute and authorative understanding of personal development training invests the Oxford Programme with ‘life changing’ courses that facilitate positive real-world change and personal development for the Programme’s Alumni.

“My passion for training and development came from observing how a key piece of information, another approach, a new technique, could totally change the game for a person,” Dan says. “And how the process of looking for these ‘golden nuggets’ could start a generative change – how a person, by raising their self-awareness and become better at whatever they desired, would start to see himself differently.”

Having run a successful manufacturing business, he changed direction completely when he turned 30. He achieved success in a sales environment, building an International sales organisation of 45,000 distributors. He then studied with Richard Bandler, the co-founder of NLP, as he had an insight that the driver of leaders’ success was in their commitment to personal and professional development. “I saw that my real passion was in teaching and training – the theme of my life, if you will, was in acting as a catalyst and facilitator. From apprentices in my factory, to being a motivational trainer in front of thousands, my greatest sense of fulfilment always came from reminding people of how much more life could be.”

He then founded a training consultancy that taught managers and executives in Fortune 500 companies communication and leadership skills, performance management, and inter-personal skills development. His clients included some of the largest retailers in Europe, professional service firms, and well-known logistics and manufacturing companies.

Dan also has extensive Direct Selling experience working from within the ‘corporate’ side. This experience includes working with a European telecoms company, where Dan invested that organisation with a comprehensive and very successful sales and training programme. Leading from this Dan was invited to work with a Chinese, global direct-sales company with 16 million distributors. Serving as Vice President – one of seven and the only one who did not speak Chinese – Dan was responsible for the development of 26 European markets. In this capacity his knowledge, experience and personal development skills were presented worldwide – to event audiences exceeding 5,000 delegates.

Dan is also very interested in social networking and the rapidly evolving paradigm shift that it represents. As a co-founder he recently helped create a social community of 13 million members, creating a brand new voice in the debate on how to monetize an online community, through a direct sales model merged with online retailing
